How can I get help?

If you get in touch with us we'll either chat on the phone or come and meet you.  This could be at home, school, at a youth club or another place where you're comfortable and safe.  You can bring a friend or parent along if you want.

Anything we talk about will be CONFIDENTIAL - that means we won't tell anyone else without your permission.  See 'Will you tell my parents' for more information about this.
