Getting help

The thought of getting help can be a bit scary, but the professionals in Richmond and Kingston are friendly as well as qualified and experienced.  They won't judge you, just help you make whatever changes YOU want.

There are lots of ways we can help:

  • Giving you accurate information about alcohol and drugs
  • Helping you resist pressure to use alcohol and drugs
  • Helping you think of safer ways of using alcohol and drugs
  • Helping you cut down or stop drinking or taking drugs
  • Helping you get support in other areas of your life (family, school, law, housing]
